ICMIF Centenary Conference 2022

The COVID-19 pandemic has forced companies to reimagine how and where people work. Existing trends in remote work and automation have accelerated, and there has been a new focus on mental health and resilience, digital collaboration and importance of diversity and inclusion in the workplace. This session hears from ICMIF members on their people strategies to prepare for the future of work: looking after employee wellbeing and engagement, maintaining a collaborative culture and ensuring agility and performance management across a hybrid workplace.
