The registration fees for conference participants are as follows:
- ICMIF member rate EUR 1,250.00 per person
- Non-member rate EUR 2,500.00 per person
The following events and meals are included in MORO 2025 registration fee:
- Full participation and materials for all conference sessions
- Welcome Reception on Tuesday 3 June 2025 at the Scandic Grand Central Helsinki Hotel
- Farewell Dinner on Thursday 5 June 2025 (venue TBC)
A social tour might be organised on Friday 6 June 2025, provided there are enough participants that wish to take part.
Cancellation policy
Any cancellations received prior to Thursday 1 May 2025 will be given a 90% refund, however any cancellations on or after Thursday 1 May 2025 will be subject to the event fee being paid in full. The fee will be kept as credit and your company will be able to use it later against any other paying activity organised by ICMIF (including other conferences or leadership courses) for up to two years (June 2027).
