ICMIF has announced the launch of the on-demand Mutual Leadership: Adapting to a Complex World course which is designed to help equip existing and emerging leaders at ICMIF members with the tools and mindsets to help their organisations adapt to a changing world.

The course features engaging, online presentations that translate insights from behavioural economics into easy to apply approaches for people, with tools that transform the ways in which individuals and teams make sense of complex situations.

The course was first launched as a live online course in 2020, and attracted 133 participants from 55 member organisations in 24 countries over a period of two years. Feedback included:

The course is made up of short sessions of video content, with each module conveniently structured for on-demand access, allowing learners to engage with the material at their own pace and convenience.

ICMIF Advanced Management Course: in-person learning

For those who prefer an in-person learning experience, ICMIF continues to offer its highly acclaimed, exclusive Advanced Management Course (AMC). The AMC features content on leading with purpose and how to activate strategy in purpose-driven organisations. The May 2024 AMC is fully booked but there are places on the course later in the year (16-20 September 2024).
