ICMIF member LähiTapiola (LocalTapiola) has been chosen as one of Finland’s most inspiring workplaces in an annual survey organised by Eezy Spirit.

Eezy Spirit’s People Power® is one of the leading employee experience surveys in Finland, with over 150,000 professionals responding each year. The survey uses Eezy Spirit’s reference framework to measure engagement, commitment, leadership and organisational performance. LocalTapiola obtained excellent results in its personnel survey, making the Finnish mutual insurer one of the most inspiring companies for the second year in a row.

Only Finnish organisations that have achieved the best results of the personnel survey receive the recognition as Innostavimmat – Finland’s most inspiring workplaces. The awarded companies and organisations invest in developing their own organisation, employee wellbeing, operating culture and collaboration, and have achieved excellent results in their employee surveys.

This recognition signals the high level of dedication of LocalTapiola’s staff and the fact that the organisation take a long-term approach to developing its operations in collaboration with its staff.
