The basic policy, called “Bici Total”, is a fixed product, quick and easy to sign up for, which presents different options including total loss coverage for theft, personal accidents and civil liability.
The more comprehensive policy, called “Bici Max”, is a totally flexible and adaptable product, with a wide variety of cover for the use of bicycles in Argentina and also globally, with options to add cover for theft of personal effects and, portable electronic equipment or damage to the bicycle.
Seguros Rivadavia has designed this more comprehensive insurance product to meet the needs of the more demanding clients, those who need solid protection against multiple risks, such as cyclists who participate in amateur competitions.
All the products offer, however, important benefits and additional services, some of which include as transfer in case of bicycle damage which means the cyclist cannot use it to return to his home; assistance in case of punctures or tyre damage;; transportation to the home in case of theft; dispatch of ambulance to the nearest medical centre in case of accident; reimbursement of ID expenses in case of theft; legal advice in case of theft or accident; and connection with bicycle repair centres; amongst others.
