Young Leaders Programme Agenda

Young Leaders Programme - Preconference preparatory webinar session
This introductory webinar features an overview of the International Cooperative and Mutual Insurance Federation (ICMIF) and help you to prepare to get the most out of your conference experience.

Tuesday 12 November
- 15.30-17.30 Young Leaders Programme - Introductory session (Quebracho A+B, level 5)
Kick off the Young Leaders Programme with an engaging introductory session. Expect ice breakers and interactive activities to get to know your fellow participants.
- 18.30-19.30 Young Leaders Programme - Welcome drink (Alerce, level 5) Sponsored by Peak Re
Join us for a relaxed evening as we welcome all Young Leaders. This is a great chance to network with your peers and start building connections before the conference officially begins!
Wednesday 13 November
- 18.00-20.00 Young Leaders Programme - Drinks and networking (Puente Gran Bar)Â
After a day of conference activities, unwind and network with your fellow Young Leaders. Share your thoughts on the day's topics, connect with new people at Puente Bar. A perfect opportunity to deepen your conversations and collaborations.
Thursday 14 November
- 07.15-08.30 Young Leaders Programme - Breakfast session (Quebracho A+B, level 5)
Get an exclusive opportunity to sit down with CEOs from ICMIF member organisations. This informal breakfast is your chance to ask questions, gain insights from industry leaders, and discuss the future of cooperative and mutual insurance.
Friday 15 November
- 15:00-15:45 Young Leaders Programme - Wrap up session
As the conference comes to a close, join your fellow Young Leaders to reflect on the week's sessions. This debrief is an opportunity to share your learnings and solidify connections before the evening's festivities.
